Adjusting a Crystal Template -

Under some circumstances you may find that a Crystal Reports template
no longer works with the structure of data you are sending it. This can
happen if:
- You have added a data field to the list of Data Selections in an Inquiry Profile.
- You have upgraded to a new version of time@work or expense@work
and there have been some changes in the structure of data sent to
Crystal Reports (this is rare).
Solution
The following screencam demonstrates how to update your Crystal Template.

In expense@work and time@work you can control which calculations are visible to Employees and the Finance Department. This can be useful if for example you don't wish employees to see fields such as VAT.
