In additional to traditional Timesheets and Expense Forms, time@work & expense@work are used by organisations to manage a variety of business processes and functions such as Training Records and Absence Requests.
Absence Requests

An employee can submit an absence request using an online form. This form can also provide realtime feedback to them on the total holiday already taken this year and also any sick days.
Absence Timesheet

Timesheets can be used to records details of absences, whether for business or personal reasons.
Absence Reports

Reports can be produced in detail or summary format showing absences by employee.
Training Records

Here we can see an employee logging details of training which has been undertaken. Details such as the Training Company, Course Details and Cost can be recorded. Additionally, a copy of the certificate or other documentation relating to the course can be attached.
Training Reports

Detailed reports can be produced showing information about the training undertaken by employees.
