Hardware requirements for time@work and expense@work will vary considerably between clients. Factors such as whether or not Servers are dedicated and whether they are Physical or Virtual Servers will also have a significant bearing on the RAM and CPU requirements.
The following should therefore be considered as guidelines only:
Up to 100 Users
WEB server:
CPU: Dual Core 2GHz or faster
RAM: 2GB Minimum
HDD: 200MB Minimum
OS: Windows 2008, 2008 R2 (Standard or Enterprise)
Connection:1-2 Mbit/s Upload (or faster) for Web Users.
SQL server:
CPU: Dual core 2GHz or faster
RAM: 4GB minimum
OS: Windows 2008, 2008 R2 (Standard or Enterprise)
SQL server: SQL 2008, SQL 2008 R2, SQL 2012
Collation: Latin1_General_CI_AS
HDD: 20MB Minimum needed for default database
DB Size: Estimated at Max of 500MB Per Year
200 Users
For 200 users we would recommend a minimum Ram on the IIS Server of 4GB
400+ Users
For 400+ users We would recommend a minimum Ram on the IIS Server of 8GB and a 64 Bit Operating System.

For clients using the Document Attachment capabilities of time@work and expense@work it is important to ensure that appropriate storage is available depending on the file types and frequency of upload.
