In expense@work and time@work you can control which calculations are
visible to Employees and the Finance Department. This can be useful if
for example you don't wish employees to see fields such as VAT.
This article explains how to do this.
In the Form Type section (on the Calculations Tab) simply find the Calculation you wish to hide and then untick its Visibility option. You can control visibility for a Reviewer separately.
