In general time@work & expense@work are licensed based on the number of Open Employees and we allow you to manage this by Opening and Closing Employees as required (generally you should never delete an Employee).

Officially the Google Toolbar is not supported because it interferes with the opening of new windows within the time@work and expense@work application.

It is however possible to configure the Google Toolbar with exceptions so that expense@work and time@work will operate.

To do this you need to add an exception for the expense@work or time@work URL into the Google toolbar popup blocker.

In Internet Explorer 7 and 8 you can control how new Windows (such as Expense Type Search, Project Search and Active Schedules) are handled.

Within IE Preferences you have the option to open Popups in a New Window or within a Tab. By selecting New Window you can force all new pop up windows to open in a Tab.
