MS Outlook

  • MS Outlook

Notes on MS Outlook
  • time@work and expense@work Maintenance create email messages from a number of different functions. If you do not opt (System Parameters table) to use SMTP for this function you will need to install MS Outlook on the PC or server where email messages are generated by time@work or expense@work Maintenance.
  • Note that the time@work Client also makes use of Outlook Express or Outlook for the sending of timesheets and expense forms to the central time@work server (see below).

MS Project

Notes on MS Project
  • time@work Maintenance provides an interface to MS Project for the import and export of project plans, tasks and timesheet data. If you are licensed to use this option then you will need to install MS Project on the PC or server where you are using time@work Maintenance.
