When completing a Timesheet in time@work it can be helpful for Employees to quickly see a list of the most recent Projects they have worked on. This can be done using the Recent Items To Select option.

Sometimes you might want to pre populate a generated Timesheet with certain Projects in order to save an employee having to search for and pick Projects from the Project Selection lookup. This can be done by ticking the Always Show Box on the Projects Tab.

In a large organization there may be many hundreds or even thousands of Projects. In order to limit the size of Timesheet/Expense Form e-mail attachments and in order to reduce the errors which Employees make when selecting Projects you may want to reduce the number of Projects available to Employees.

time@work allows the previous X number of Projects which an employee has booked time against to be automatically included in their generated timesheet.
