In time@work and expense@work you can report on the Status of Timesheets and Forms using the Status Inquiry function in the Maintenance Application.

When combined with the embedded support for Crystal Report Templates, these reports can be published through the browser or maintenance application.

At the bottom of this article is a sample Crystal Report Template which you can use or amend as required.

Under some circumstances you may find that a Crystal Reports template no longer works with the structure of data you are sending it. This can happen if:

• You have added a data field to the list of Data Selections in an Inquiry Profile.
• You have upgraded to a new version of time@work or expense@work and there have been some changes in the structure of data sent to Crystal Reports (this is rare).

Solution
