In the following sequence of screenshots we can see how an employee can log into the system from their mobile device and record an expense item quickly and easily.
After logging into the system the employee chooses an expense form type (if multiple form types have been setup in the system). Header and detail information can then quickly be entered and the claim can either be submitted for approval by a Line Manager or can be saved and added to later. This can be done either through the mobile browser or on the desktop when the employee gets to their computer.
