Managing Mobile Phone Bills With [email protected]

One of the most useful of these is the ability to manage Corporate Mobile Phone Bills through the [email protected] Expense Management Console.

[email protected] can import the mobile phone data you receive from your provider (such as Vodafone, O2, T-Mobile, and 3) and present this to the employee for review and annotation.


In the screenshot above you can see how the employee is able to indicate which of his calls were Personal and which are Business related. Additionally, notes can be entered by the employee if required or desired.

Depending on corporate policy, forms can be routed to management or compliance for approval. This approval can be set as a conditional workflow (in the event for example that the mobile phone bill was above a certain value). Personal calls can be tracked within the expense management system and can be exported to your finance system as required.
