Automatically Include Previous Projects On Timesheets

[email protected] allows the previous X number of Projects which an employee has booked time against to be automatically included in their generated timesheet.

The value of X is determined by the “Number of Previous Projects” value set on the Employee record (Timesheets Tab) or the value set on the Timesheet Types record (Main Tab).

Please note that the employee’s individual setting has priority.

When generating a timesheet, [email protected] will look at the list of posted projects against the employee and include the appropriate number on the new timesheet.

Please note, only the Project details are included and not any Activity Analysis.
