Within the Maintenance Application in time@work and expense@work, the Systems Administrator can control the way in which employees may attach receipts and other documents to their forms. These settings also control the maximum size of any one file. This article contains details on configuring attachments within the Maintenance Application.
However there is an additional setting which can be controlled from the web.config file in the PSW folder on the server. This setting determines the maximum TOTAL of all files that can be uploaded by an employee in a single session.
The default value is 4MB but you can increase this limit by amending the value “4096” in the web.config file.
However please note that when you increase this limit there may be have an impact on system performance if people upload a large number of big files.
