Creating Multiple New Lines On Expense Forms

In expense@work and the Expenses Module of time@work you have the option to control what happens when an Employee clicks the “New Line” button on the form.

These options are controlled on the Main Tab of the Form under Form Types.

Expense Form Multiple Lines Settings

Fixed Number of New Lines

Specify the number of new lines to be added to a Form when the New Line button is clicked.

Number of New Lines Min/Max

Alternatively specify the minimum and maximum number of new lines to be added to a Form when the New Line button is clicked. The Employee will be asked to specify a number between the minimum and maximum.
