Drilldown To Expense Receipts Using Web Inquiries

In [email protected] and [email protected] you can create web based Inquiry Profiles which enable employees and managers to view expense transactions through the PSW. These transaction reports can also include links to any receipts or other documents which were attached to the original expense form.

Selecting Attachments To Appear In Expense Reports

To enable this functionality all that is required is to select Row Documents as a visible field in the Inquiry Profile.

Running An Expense Inquiry

Then run the Inquiry Profile as normal.

Drilldown To Expense Receipts

A Paperclip Icon will appear for all transactions which have attached documents. Clicking the paperclip will open the attachment in a new window.
