We took the decision to rebrand Teredo during a board meeting in February. Of course, decisions like this are always difficult. On the one hand you have an emotional attachment to a name and a brand which has grown and evolved over the past 3 years. However we have big ambitions for the company and particularly for time@work and expense@work.
We felt that a unified “@work” brand would be easier to communicate to our clients and much easier for our marketing people and the Press to work with and so over a 2 week period we set about making the changes in advance of the formal announcement on April 13th (a Friday!).
We did not anticipate the amount of work involved! website changes, documentation, email addresses and domains, presentations etc. All had to be changed and the process goes on. We estimate it will take at least another 3 months to complete so you may see the Teredo name cropping up for a while.
