Version 8.0.5 Has Been Released

Today we are announcing the release of systems@work Version 8.0.5 for Infor SunSystems, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Business Central, SAP, Coda, Workday and NetSuite.

Version 8.0.5 provides a number of enhancements and functionality improvements to expense@work, time@work and forms@work.

As a reminder the new Version 8.0 platform delivers the following:

  Say goodbye to old tech – Version 8.0 runs seamlessly in your browser, bringing you faster, more flexible performance. Plus, we’ve added powerful Data Import capabilities to the new, streamlined systems@work Profile Manager, allowing smoother, more efficient data management.
• Clean Break from Legacy Code
  We’ve phased out systems@work Maintenance, eliminating all VB6 code, for a leaner, future-ready software ecosystem.
• New & Improved systems@work App
  The systems@work App has been rebuilt from the ground up, shifting from Xamarin to MAUI technology. This upgrade lets us deliver a more intuitive, stylish interface and a host of usability enhancements, making work on the go easier than ever.

ENHANCEMENTS IN THE CORE SOFTWARE

• 5981 – Added a new link to Workflow Control from the Approve panel in PSW, using pre-defined parameters (Finance Inbox).
• 5980 – The Forms Workflow Control grid now includes additional columns such as TotalValue, Memo, and Analysis.
• 5995 – Introduced support for sending emails through Exchange Online using the Microsoft Graph API as an alternative to SMTP.
• 5998 – Added options to suppress the Return and Delete Invoice buttons for invoices in the Approval state.
• 5983 – Added Sub-Analysis category support in Ledger Inquiry Profiles, Static Data Inquiries, and Ledger Export.
• 5984 – Static Data Inquiry, Status Inquiry, and Invoice Status Inquiry can now be used within Subreports.
• 5993 – Added Header Subreport functionality within Form Entry.
• 5991 – Introduced access restrictions for the Import Profile feature, configurable by specific employees or user groups.
• 6005 – The Current Employee special value is now available for the Employee field when importing to Ledgers.
• 5996 – Header analyses marked as “Prefill in Entry” are now automatically prefilled during entry.
• 5992 – Added the IDTSInProgress column to Data Selection for Status Inquiry and Inquiry Profiles.
• 5987 – Added the ability to upload a Company Logo on the Company record.
• 5986 – The system now retrieves the Company Logo from System Parameters or the Company record.

ENHANCEMENTS IN THE APP

• 6003 – Updated MAUI framework to .NET 9.
• 5997 – Implemented a new technology for sending Push Notifications on iOS.
• 5985 – Increased the reserved display space for the Company Logo in the mobile app.
